  I’ll work intuitively with you using a blend of Reiki/ EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Time Line Therapy + I’ll also create for you a bespoke protocol, using essential oils on acupoints. (These will be posted to you after our first session).
  You'll receive some simple practices that will continue to facilitate the nurturing space & healing process after our session together comes to an end.
